El proyecto, compuesto por un pabell\u00f3n y un edificio principal, combina funcionalidad y eficiencia energ\u00e9tica con una fuerte conexi\u00f3n al entorno. La fachada de madera natural incorpora sistemas m\u00f3viles que optimizan el rendimiento del edificio, mientras su dise\u00f1o evoca las construcciones tradicionales de Nueva Inglaterra y el
