GOe Gastronomy Open Ecosystem, in Donostia-San Sebastián, has been designed by BAT Architecture and BIG Bjarke Ingels Group as an international centre for gastronomic innovation. Integrated into the landscape through an accessible landscaped roof, the building brings together laboratories, experimental kitchens and collaborative spaces. Natural wood, present in the interiors, provides warmth, durability and comfort, reinforcing the sustainable and creative approach of the project.
