Frisco Public Library
The renovation of the Frisco Public Library, designed by Gensler, transforms a former Texas factory into a modern centre of knowledge inspired by the Blackland Prairie landscapes. The project encourages dynamic learning through open spaces and a strong connection to its surroundings. The façade incorporates natural timber panels in a tone that harmonises with the native vegetation, providing identity, durability, and resistance to weather conditions.
