St. Mary’s Calne School Library
Designed by Woods Bagot, St. Mary’s Calne School Library is conceived as a central space for academic life, closely connected to the campus apple orchard. Its distinctive faceted ceiling, inspired by tree branches, incorporates triangular natural timber panels with acoustic properties. The continuity of the cladding between interior and exterior reinforces the connection between architecture, learning and nature.
