Zurich’s North American headquarters in Chicago was conceived to reflect the company’s values of strength and stability through a composition of three stacked glass prisms. The building stands out for its sustainable approach, recognised with LEED Platinum certification, thanks to strategies that optimise natural light intake, improve thermal insulation, and reduce energy consumption. The natural timber panels integrated into the façade add warmth, material contrast, and a distinctive architectural identity.
