The Golden View Residence, designed by Workshop AD in Anchorage, reinterprets an unfinished dwelling to integrate it into the landscape through an elevated platform that projects over the hillside. The architecture establishes a close relationship with the surroundings through open views and carefully considered materiality. Natural timber panels on the cladding and soffits provide warmth, durability, and a continuous visual connection with the landscape.
