Integrated Management System Policy

At PARKLEX PRODEMA INT, we know that customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our commitment is to provide products and services that meet and, wherever possible, exceed our customers’ expectations.

Our company’s strategy is based on customer needs and, in order to achieve the highest standards,
the management of Quality, Chain of Custody, and Occupational Health and Safety, as well as the
integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria, work-life balance, and equal
treatment and opportunities for women and men, constitute the foundation of our work.

Our company is committed to:

  • Ensure responsible supply chain management, ensuring that the raw materials used do not
originate from or are not associated with:
    • Illegal logging or trade in illegal timber or forest products.
    • Violation of human or traditional rights in forestry operations.
    • Destruction of high conservation values.
    • Significant conversion of forests to plantations or other land uses.
    • Introduction of genetically modified organisms into forestry operations.
    • Non-compliance with the Fundamental Conventions of the International Labour Organization
      (ILO).
  • Establish programmes and measures to identify, assess, eliminate or minimise Occupational
Health and Safety risks, providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of
work-related injury and ill health, while also promoting consultation and active participation
    of workers.
  • Prohibit forced labour, servitude, human trafficking and child labour in the organisation’s activities.
  • Promote respect for human and labour rights, diversity, inclusion and non-discrimination, ensuring
equal treatment and opportunities and preventing any discrimination on the grounds
of sex, age, origin, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or any
    other personal or social condition.
  • Promote measures that foster real and effective equality between women and men in all
areas of the organisation, particularly in access to employment, career development, training,
    remuneration and working conditions.
  • Support work-life balance, promoting flexibility, shared responsibility and well-being
measures that contribute to improving employees’ quality of life and creating a respectful,
    healthy and inclusive working environment.
  • Continuously train, inform and raise awareness among all personnel through training and
awareness programmes, promoting best practices in Quality, Environment, Health and
Safety, Equality, Sustainability and Governance in the performance of their duties.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System, establishing measurable
objectives and targets, periodically evaluating their achievement and promoting the
continual improvement of processes, products and services throughout their life cycle, while
fostering Sustainable Forest Management at all times.
  • Develop a culture focused on the needs and expectations of customers, employees, suppliers,
public authorities and other stakeholders, promoting effective, transparent and twoway
    communication channels.
  • Comply with applicable legislation, regulations and other requirements relating to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Equality, and PEFC and FSC Chain of Custody, as well as with the commitments voluntarily undertaken by the organisation.
  • Integrate ESG criteria into the organisation’s strategy, management and decision-making processes, promoting sustainable and responsible business practices that create long-term value for all stakeholders.
  • Extend the principles of sustainability, social responsibility and ethical conduct to suppliers, contractors and business partners, taking ESG criteria into account in their selection, approval and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure conduct based on the principles of ethics, integrity, transparency, accountability, regulatory compliance and good corporate governance, fostering a culture of responsible behaviour and zero tolerance towards corruption, fraud or any practice contrary to the law or the organisation’s values.

Management shall periodically review this Policy to ensure that it remains appropriate to the organisation’s context, business strategy, and the needs and expectations of interested parties, ensuring that it is communicated, understood and applied at all levels of the organisation.
